Where do you ship?
Right now, orders can only be shipped to the US. There is a $5 flat rate charge. We hope to ship to more countries in the future!

When will my order arrive?
Shipping and production time varies by product, but please allow roughly 3 days for item production and 7-10 business days for shipping.

How do I care for my tea towel?
Tea towels can be machine washed warm or cold and tumble dried with low heat. It is recommended to give your towel an initial wash before use, especially if it arrives a little stiff.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time, but please let me know if there is a problem with your order!
